  1. Information Collected by Refural
    • Refural collects two types of information: user & business information (such as name, email etc.) and aggregate data to measure the site traffic on a daily basis
  2. User & Business Information
    • All user and business information is collected ONLY when they submit their information to us via a new referral or a new listing from the site. This information is protected and held on our servers only to be released upon our discretion.
  3. Invitation information
    • All email addresses submitted via the site invitation form are used to send invitations to people letting them know that a user from referral has invited them to the site. These email addresses are kept confidential and will be discarded after we send the invitation.
  4. Aggregate Information
    • Our primary method for collecting aggregate information is by tracking IP or Internet Protocal addresses. These unique numbers serve as a baseline for collecting traffic information including but not limited to: visits, unique visits, page views, time on page, browser information, traffic sources and more.
  5. Sharing Data with Third Parties
    • We reserve the right to share our collected data with third parties for any and all purposes including but not limited to: advertising, promotional, consulting, affiliate communications or other.
  6. Use of Collected Information
    • All information collected by Refural may be used to send you information about opportunities, updates, new features, security notices and other related communications.
  7. Use of Cookies
    • Refural uses cookies to record information and measure activity on our site to help improve the overall experience by remembering certain actions you may take or preferences you set. We do not use cookies to retrieve any information from your computer.
    • To make your experience as pleasant as possible, we encourage you to allow your web browser to accept all cookies. If you choose to reject cookies, certain aspects of the site might not function properly in which we cannot be held responsible.
  8. Information Removal
    • If you prefer not to receive information from us, please let us know by sending us an email and we will remove your information within 48 hours. Note that removing a listing will automatically remove all information related to that listing including any email addresses.
  9. Under 13 years of age policy
    • In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, if you are under the age of 13, you are not authorized to provide us with personally identifying information, and we will not use any such information.
