We started Refural to change the way people think about referrals. Traditionally, people think of referrals as a friend recommending a service or business to another friend and then just going along their merry way. We’re here to change all that. People should be rewarded for sending referrals to businesses – and who better to reward them than the business?
On the flip side, when businesses typically think of referrals, they see a passive way to reach a small group of potential clients or customers. That’s all history now. Refural enables businesses to be proactive in their search for new clients or customers. They specify the type of referrals they’re looking for and how much they’re willing to pay for them.
